ABOUT THE CONCERT: Firmly rooted in Naples, Cappella Neapolitana has for thirty years now devoted itself to rediscovering the local musical heritage, which results in this truly festive concert. Entirely in the tradition of the sunny south, composers including Mancini, Vinci and Paisiello provide us with a luxurious buffet of ‘deliri, travestimenti, sberleffi e follie’. Leslie Visco and Pino De Vittorio are soloists in this folksy, exuberant music.
